Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Most items ship within 3 to 7 business days. All items are only shipped within the lower 48 States. All items are shipped free, standard shipping only. For expedited shipping, as well as for oversized items, additional charges apply.

Most products will be shipped with regular ground shipping (generally USPS, FedEx or UPS). The average transit time is between 1-7 business days (not including pre-ship time) for any destination in the contiguous United States. Delivery times will depend on the local delivery schedule of the carrier, and it may not be possible to make an appointment. Generally, ground delivery is available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. A signature is not typically required: if the customer is not at home to accept delivery, the product will be left if it is safe to do so. If a signature is required the product will not be left at the address. Please note that deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box. 

Returns & Replacements
You may return most items sold by DecorToMyDoor.com for a full refund within 30 days from the date delivered in new or unused condition. Special conditions apply to oversized item returns. No products from Adesso may be returned.

Items must be returned in original condition (including: packaging, inserts, tags, labels, accessories, etc.).

If we determine the return is due to our error, DecorToMyDoor.com will issue a full refund. Otherwise, after receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, DecorToMyDoor.com will reimburse the purchase price of the item, less shipping costs to return the item and a restocking fee (15% per item).

Your account will be reimbursed based on the original method of payment within 14 business days from receipt of return merchandise. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier.

Before sending your item back, please inform DecorToMyDoor.com of your intention to return your order (in part or in full) by emailing us at: info@decortomydoor.com We will provide you with an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) and confirm with you the address of the warehouse that will handle your return. Please note that returns sent without prior return authorization cannot be processed.

You can search for items using either the top tabs or the left side category links. As you click into these links, you will have the option to 'narrow your selection' again by using the links on the left side. A keyword search box is located in the top right hand corner on every page of our store.

When you register DecorToMyDoor.com you are automatically assigned an account with us. In the event that you wish to change any of your contact information or you wish to place future orders with us, simply log into your account while browsing any of our stores and all of your account information will be accessible.
